1. Dispatch timing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is ready sooner, it may ship earlier.

For urgent requirements, expedited processing within 24 hours may be available depending on the specific products requested. Please note that expedited handling incurs different charges and is subject to confirmation based on current availability and logistical feasibility.

2. Delivery fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

3. Free shipping

Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping where applicable.

4. Shipping coverage

We currently ship primarily within Lebanon.

5. International orders

International orders may be accepted where fulfillment is practical and agreed in advance.

If accepted:

• Full payment may be required before fulfillment
• Delivery timing may vary by destination
• Customs duties and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise

6. Order consolidation and fulfillment

To maintain efficiency and ensure the best handling for different types of items, orders may be fulfilled through optimized logistical routes.

As a result:

• Items may arrive in separate deliveries to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition
• Estimated delivery windows may vary slightly across different categories of products in the same order

Regardless of the logistical path, your order remains our responsibility until it reaches your door.

7. Pickup

Local pickup is not available.

8. Lost packages

If a package appears lost in transit, contact support@order2be.com.

Include your order number so we can review the shipment and take the next step.

9. Marked delivered, not received

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

10. Shipping responsibility

Once dispatched, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, destination conditions, or external factors. We remain available to assist if a delivery issue arises.
