SanctuaryReturns are handled clearly and case by case. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, it will be addressed properly.
If the issue is preference rather than error, the process is more limited.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To be considered for return, an item must be:

Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or provider.
