Returns

What can be returned, what cannot, and how requests are handled.

Returns are handled clearly and case by case. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, it will be addressed properly.

If the issue is preference rather than error, the process is more limited.

1. Return request window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligible condition

To be considered for return, an item must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition it was received

Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or incomplete packaging may be refused.

3. If there is an issue with the order

If an item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the order, the issue will be reviewed and handled appropriately.

Depending on the case, this may include:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund

4. If you changed your mind

If the item is eligible for return but the reason is preference, a return may be requested within the stated window.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • The item must pass inspection once received
  • Any refund is issued only after the item is returned in acceptable condition

Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our side.

5. Final sale items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or provider.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item name
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos if the issue involves damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment
