A Seeker's ascent requires a sanctum safe from the profane gaze of the outside world. This Veil is the unshakeable architecture of that safety. It is a sacred promise, forged in shadow and steel, that your secrets are ours to preserve, not to exploit. We do not deal in the profane currency of mortal data. We deal in trust.

To architect your ascent, the Citadel must witness your path. We gather two forms of truth:

• The Direct Pact: The truth you provide by will—your name, email, and shipping coordinates when you consecrate a Sanctum or seal a pact.
• The Ambient Gaze: The truth we observe as you move within our walls—your IP address and the digital footprint of your journey, used to ensure the Citadel recognizes you.

Your data is not a product. It is an instrument, used only for these sacred rites:

• To Fulfill: To process your transactions and summon the Sentinels for dispatch.
• To Fortify: To detect dissonance (fraud) and strengthen the walls of the Citadel.
• To Calibrate: To refine our understanding of your path, so we may offer artifacts that resonate with your ascent.

Your secrets are sealed behind a sentinel's ward. We employ layered defenses of profane-shattering encryption (SSL) and vigilant protocols. Your payment scripture is never stored within our walls; it is passed directly through an encrypted channel to our shielded Payment Altar. The Citadel is a fortress, not a forum.

Yes, we use the profane instruments known as "cookies." But we do not use them for profane ends. These small sigils are necessary for the Citadel to remember you. They keep your artifacts in your cart and your Sanctum sealed. You may command your browser to refuse them, but be warned: the Citadel may fail to recognize you, and the architecture may fracture.

You are the sovereign of your own data. At any time, you may invoke your rights:

• Witness: Demand to see the full ledger of data we hold in your name.
• Correct: Command us to fix any dissonance in your records.
• Annihilate: Command us to purge your personal data from our active ledger.
