Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, one or more of these terms must be met:

- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Eligibility for Refunds

- If the item you received carries a defect from our side, you’ll be entitled for a full refund/replacement
- If you change your mind about your order prior to dispatch, we’ll refund your money in full.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping

- If the item you received is defected, we will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the replacement.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
